Ray Alcantara is an Of Counsel for Law Offices of Steven Tuan Pham. Mr. Alcantara has experience in the area of immigration law, particularly in employment-based (business) and family-based immigrant petition, fiance applications, removal proceedings, asylum applications, and appeals. Mr. Alantara also has experience in family law in both contested and uncontested divorce. Further, Mr. Alcantara has experience in commercial litigation involving purchase/sale agreement disputes and breach of contract.
Mr. Alcantara graduated from McNeese University with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in finance in 2001. Subsequent to his graduation, Mr. Alcantara worked in marketing for approximately 2 years until he attended law school in 2003. From 2003-2006, Mr. Alcantara attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. Mr. Alcantara graduated from law school in May of 2006 and was licensed in Texas in November of 2006.
